Simply attach them to a stud in your wall using the provided hardware. Place one on each side of your lifting station to make your plate changes faster and easier than ever before!

Each post can hold up to two 45 lb crumb rubber plates that are 18" in diameter. The max weight for the entire unit is 270 lb.

Combine with the PRX Weight Wing Extension - sold separately - for a handy place to store your smaller change plates.
