MD Buddy EVA Foam Roller

MD Buddy EVA Foam Roller

This 3 ft foam roller can help you loosen up and stretch out your muscles and will encourage better circulation through your muscles by massaging the soft tissues of your body. This EVA foam roller is ideal for all muscle groups but especially for a deeper, more intense massage on tight muscle groups. It goes to work by breaking up constricted fascia and speeding up muscle recovery. Ideal for stretching your IT band or rolling out muscle knots in your legs and back.

Made from professional grade EVA foam, this roller will not flake or chip and will hold its shape longer than a soft and medium density roller. MD Buddy’s EVA is also 100% recyclable and does not use Chlorine during production, like most other foam rollers.
