MD Buddy Ab Mat

MD Buddy Ab Mat

This contoured ab mat has a comfortable design to support the lumbar curve and prevent injury during ab workouts. An added benefit of the ab mat is that it helps you focus on using your abdominal muscles and less on cheating with your hip flexor muscles. The material is easy to clean but also has a soft, leather-like texture.
