A heavy duty ab/tricep strap and loading pin is included and can be used for ab crunches, tricep press downs, lat pulldowns and with a 200kg/440lb max weight load, really anything else your programming calls for. When you buy two, you can assemble them together to make a low pulley for seated rows.
